I absolutely love the EMS treatments I have received from Hearthstone Body Toning. I started with the toning sessions on my tummy. I want to share my experience with Hearthstone Body Toning. I went in looking to tone up that lovely loose skin from having 3 children (many years ago). I did not go in to lose the weight or inches (but I was not apposed to it happening) I just want this loose, flabby skin tighten up and my Breasts put up where they use to be. Not only are my breast where they belong but I have not had a headache for 4 weeks. The strengthening of the muscle in my breast area seems to have also taken tension off and relieved my headaches, this was an added bonus. I can not say enough about the changes that I have seen in my body after 8 sessions! Hooray for Second Chances!

I've been looking for a way to jump start my mid-section due to over a decade of not being physically able to exercise. Due to two car accidents, I was unable to do crunches without straining my neck. I have not felt this good in years!
I have been plagued with back problems for years and every type of caregiver I visit has told me the key to my problem is to strengthen my core muscles. Although I have always kept myself in reasonable shape, I have never been very good at sticking to a good exercise plan and therefore I suffered with a back that seemed to go 'out' 3 to 4 times a year. I can feel the six pack starting!

I have lost 6 inches!

I have just completed 10 sessions with Terry and Connie focusing on my abdomen, hips and thighs. I have lost 6 and a bit inches altogether. I came for a trial because I needed help to jump start my body from an 8 month vacation due to complications following surgery. I had results the first time so signed on for 10 double sessions. I was walking and using the treadmill plus started using a rowing machine this past January but just needed something more intense on those areas and the results have been great. I am continuing on for 10 more double sessions and still doing my workouts in between.
